Product Review: Watsons Oil Control Cleansing Foam

I bought this Watsons Oil Control Cleansing Foam (P69, Buy 1 Take 1) along with the other Watson’s products during their Watson’s brand sale. At that time, if you buy 500-peso worth of Watson’s products, you’ll get a free Watson’s tote bag (if you’re an SM Advantage Card holder, you’ll get the bag at 400-peso purchase). I got a tote bag and it’s so cute but at the same time sturdy. I love using it. 😀

Anyway, on to the product review. I’ll show first what the product says.

Watsons Oil Control Cleansing Foam cleans your pores thoroughly by effectively removing dirt and excess oil. With Zinc PCA to regulate sebum production, it helps maintain the oil balance of your skin. It is also enriched with Witch Hazel Extract to help tone your skin and tighten pores; Vitamin E to keep your skin moisturized, and Menthol to help cool and soothe your skin, leaving it clean, clear and refreshed.

I use this product in alternate with Avon Clearskin Pore Penetrating Invigorating Scrub. The foam itself is white, and is kinda watery. It’s not as thick as other facial foams. So if you’re going to use this, be mindful when opening it. You kinda don’t need to squeeze the bottle as the foam would outflow already! So yeah, be careful not to get more foam than what you need.

What I like about it is that you just need a small amount to clean your whole face. I think a pea-sized amount will do as it’s so sudsy or foamy. It’s easy to rinse off as well. I love its smell too. It has a slightly minty smell, so if you’re sensitive to that, this is not for you. And lastly, it gives a slightly cool feeling, though it would not last for a minute. I’m fine with that. 🙂

When applied

If I were to rate this product, I would give it a 4 out of 5. 🙂 What do you think of this foam?
